How Much a Water Softener Costs in New Braunfels

Where New Braunfels homes tend to land

A house that already has a loop skips that cost, so find out which you have before comparing quotes.
Salt-free or salt-based
A salt-free descaler, $350–$2,450 installed per Fixr, doesn't remove hardness. It conditions minerals so less scale forms, needs no drain and no salt, and leaves some spotting. Fixr says descalers generally aren't recommended for very hard water but help where hardness is less severe. In New Braunfels, where readings have spanned hard to very hard, the test at your tap is what decides between the two.

Comparing two quotes
Line the quotes up on the same points. What hardness figure did each one size for? What grain rating and which control valve?
